Eastcoast Soft Serve is a distribution company specialising in ice cream mixes, supplies, and machines for businesses across the East Coast of NSW. When the owner approached me, they had no digital presence whatsoever - a significant limitation in today's market where online discovery is often the first touchpoint with potential customers. My task was to create their first-ever website, establishing a professional online presence that would connect them with B2B clients looking for quality ice cream solutions.

I designed and built a focused five-page website with a clean, professional B2B aesthetic using a straightforward type and colour system that aligned with their practical business approach. The site structure prioritises the customer journey, making product discovery and service requests seamless - the two actions most likely to drive revenue.

The site features an interactive product selection element that enhances the browsing experience, allowing visitors to efficiently explore ice cream solutions. This feature, combined with streamlined contact functionality, creates an effective path from discovery to enquiry.
